Method for positioning and fixing inner and outer rings of rolling bearings

Method a. The retaining ring is embedded in the groove of the shaft, and is mainly used when the axial force is not large and the rotating speed is not high;

Method b. Tightened with screw and retaining ring, it can be used to withstand large axial forces at high speeds, and the screws should be secured against loosening;

Method c. Fastened with round nut and retaining washer, it is mainly used for high speed and large axial force;

Method d. Fastened with a tapered sleeve, a retaining washer and a round nut, it is used for bearings on the optical axis with a tapered bore as the inner ring;

Method e. Fastened with the retaining ring inserted into the groove of the outer casing, it is mainly for the small axial force and small bearing device;

Method f. Fastened with bearing end caps, it is used for all kinds of centripetal, thrust and radial thrust bearings with high speed and large axial force;

Method g. Fastened with the retaining ring inserted into in the retaining groove of the outer ring of the bearing, and is used when the outer casing is inconveniently provided with a shoulder;

Method h. Fastened with threaded ring, it is used for bearing with high speed and large axial force, but it is not suitable for fastening with bearing end caps.
