    The metallurgical quality of bearing material was once the main factor that affected the early failure of INA bearing, which was accompanied by the improvement of metallurgical technology (such as vacuum degassing of bearing steel). The raw material quality has been improved. The proportion of the raw material quality factor in the failure analysis of the whole eccentric bearing has decreased significantly. However, it is still one of the main factors affecting bearing failure.

    The main tasks of bearing failure analysis, is based on a lot of background material, analysis of data and failure mode, identify the main factors causing INA bearing failure, so as to put forward the improvement measures, prolong the service period of spherical roller bearings, avoid unexpected early bearing failure.

     Bearing vibration has a significant effect on bearing failure. For example, peeling, indentation, rust, crack. Wear and tear will be reflected in the INA bearing vibration detection, so by using a special integral eccentric bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer and vibrator, etc.). The magnitude of the measured vibration can be inferred from the frequency distribution to determine the details of the abnormal vibration, depending on the premise of the use of the INA bearing or the location of the sensor, etc., so the prior measurement of each machine is required. Values are analyzed and compared to determine the judgment scale.
