The cause of damage in the running of bearing seat

The amount of rolling load generated by the excitation of bearing will vary slightly in operation when a load is loaded in a radial direction. This causes a shift in the load direction, and then the vibration is caused. We can preload to reduce axial loading of all rolling bodies.

In operation, the rolling of damaged bearing parts produces a specific vibration frequency. Frequency analysis can identify damaged housing components. This principle has been used in condition monitoring equipment to monitor bearing damage. The temperature will rise sharply and the temperature will be abnormally high because of too much lubricant, too small bearing clearance, bad installation, too much friction in seal.

The relationship between shaft and bearing can be compatible with the shape deformation of adjacent parts when in close contact with bearing ring. If there is distortion in operation, vibration may occur. Therefore, the tolerance required for the processing of bearings and shafts is very important.

1) Wash the bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat, fill the roller of  bearing outer ring with Shell 3 lithium-base grease to the full 2/3, smear it evenly with hand, install it on the bearing cover, and press the bearing with a fastening bolt coated with bolt loosening glue.

2) The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with a detachable inner coat. The bearing should be mounted on the shaft and put in place.
