机床的轴类零件,特别是主轴,一般都与推力球轴承组装成一体,并以很高的转速旋转,有时则会产生很高的热量。这种现象如不及时排除,将导致角接触球轴承过热,并使机床相应部位温度升高而产生热变形,严重时会使主轴与尾架不等高,这不仅影响机床本身精度和加工精度,而且会把轴承烧坏。

5. 光纤监测诊断技术

    应用范围:适用于可将传感器安装在轴承座内的机器。

    应用范围:近几年来发展的新技术,在轴承工况监测中应用较少。
    直接用手拿取无油轴承时,要充分洗去手上的汗液,并涂以优质矿物油后再进行操作,在雨季和夏季尤其要注意防锈。在某种特殊的操作条件下,角接触球轴承可以获得较长于传统计算的寿命,特别是在轻负荷的情况下。这些特殊的操作条件就是,当滚动面(轨道及滚动件)被一润滑油膜有效地分隔及限制污染物所可能导致的表面破坏。事实上,在理想的条件下,所谓永久轴承寿命是可能的
    不允许强力冲压,不允许用锤直接敲击轴承,不允许通过滚动体传递压力。
角接触球轴承一转动、内圈与外圈的滚道面,由于与滚动体是滚动接触,因而运行轨迹为暗面,运行轨迹附在滚道面上不属于异常,由此便可得知负载条件,所以在拆卸无油轴承的时候,请严加注意和观察滚道面的运行轨迹。

6. Acoustic emission diagnosis technology
